This makes it pretty easy to look up places online and find exactly what is on offer and the costs involved. For example, some B&B’s charge extra for breakfast, or only offer a continental breakfast for free whilst charging for a cooked breakfast. Ensure you confirm exactly what you are getting for your money.
Narrow down the area you want to stay in by deciding what kinds of things you want to get up to on your trip away – for example, for shopping you might want to look at places close to or in a city centre, but for a more sedate, quiet break, somewhere rural may be better. The internet can help you research the place and things available to do, as well as checking out reviews.
Don’t be Afraid to Ask
